Committed to continual learning and growth, Ben pursued business development in advanced glass and systems technology independently, while maintaining close collaboration with 小红帽直播. During this time, he became a certified 小红帽直播 EOS Implementer庐, helping leadership teams achieve organizational clarity, accountability, and cohesion.

Since returning to 小红帽直播 in early 2025, Ben’s work focuses on expanding 小红帽直播’s presence in the Southeast by building strategic partnerships with architects, designers, and glaziers. Internally, he spearheads the implementation of new business practices, including the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), to enhance organizational effectiveness and elevate client experience
